Outdoor picnics are among our favorite ways of gathering! Kesk Florida Eesti Selts/Estonian Society of Central Florida will celebrate the 104th Anniversary of Estonian Independence on Sunday, February 27, 2022, from 1:00 to 4:00 pm EST, in Walsingham Park (click on the link for park information), Shelter 8, 12615 102nd Ave, Seminole, FL 33778.

We plan to use this special occasion to celebrate our Estonian heritage and culture through folksongs, music and folkdances. Please share your talents and join others who may lead us in song and dance! Please also let us know the names and ages of children who will be attending with you and share your suggestions for activities children may enjoy too!

Main dishes and warm drinks will be organized by the KFES Juhatus (Estonian Society of Central Florida Board). We especially welcome appetizers and/or desserts you would like to contribute to our luncheon. Please let us know what you plan to bring so we may coordinate our meal. When bringing your own drinks, please note that alcoholic drinks are not permitted in this park.

By February 15, 2022, please send an email to Merit Laansalu Alvarez to let her know you will be coming. The cost of participation is $15 per person, paid in advance. Children under the age of 12 are free.
